The Cabins at Porcupine Ridge are the result of the combined experience of its principals, Mark Hanna, President and Mitch Martinski, Vice President and Project Manager. Both have lived and been building homes in the Fraser Valley for over a decade.
Mark Hanna, President, has worked in various areas of the real estate business for over thirty years. He has held a Colorado real estate license since 1977; has held advanced contractor certificates since 1980 and is a licensed attorney in the State of Colorado with a focus on real estate title insurance. Mark lives in the Fraser Valley with his wife Kimberly and their daughters Alexandra and Samantha.
Mitch Martinski, Vice President and Project Manager, has worked in various areas of real estate construction for nearly twenty years. He has been involved in the completion of over 100 homes. It is Mitch’s tenacious attention to detail that takes the Cabins at Porcupine Ridge to a higher level. Mitch lives in the Fraser Valley with his wife Megan, their daughter Jacqueline and son Dylan.
